Clients click your link, select their service, see accurate available times, and pay to confirm. You receive an instant notification. At service time, you complete the appointment and capture the payment through your dashboard.

Easy Beauty has a built-in waitlist — clients on the waitlist receive an automatic notification when a slot opens. Your schedule stays full without any manual outreach on your end.

Easy Beauty uses Stripe for secure payment processing. When a client books, their payment is partially captured upfront to secure the appointment. You complete and capture the full payment at the time of service through your dashboard. This gives you the flexibility to adjust for add-ons or changes that happen during the appointment before final capture.

Payouts are deposited to your connected bank account within 2 business days after payment capture. All payouts are tracked in your dashboard.

Yes. All payment processing is handled exclusively through Stripe. Easy Beauty never stores your banking or card information directly. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

You set your own cancellation policy in your Easy Beauty dashboard — including the cancellation window and the fee amount. You can configure the fee as a flat amount or a percentage of the service value. If a client cancels outside your policy window, the configured fee executes automatically. No awkward conversations. No chasing. You are always in full control of your policy.

If a client does not show up, you confirm the no-show from your dashboard and the configured fee is charged to the payment method on file. You set the fee — flat or percentage — and it executes from your confirmation. No-show revenue no longer just evaporates.

A client who books with you for hair can also book a nail tech or esthetician on Easy Beauty — their profile works across all their professionals seamlessly. You will only ever see your appointments and your own clients' information. You will never see their bookings with other professionals.

Yes. Your dashboard includes a complete client CRM showing every client who has booked with you, their full appointment history, and their contact information.
